I used to make this anti-pasta pasta salad for potluck, picnics. I noticed that no one liked the prosciutto and and the raw aspargas. They left it on the plate.
So I came up with this oh so very unique (not) idea and wraped bundles of raw aspagus up with the sticky proscuitto and put it on the grill.
Haha on me , it's a common thing to do. It's really good though . You crisp up the prosciutto and flavor the asparagus to perfection and everyone is happy. Including the cook....
To all the cooks here , It's a pleasure reading your recipes and ideas. I still have never cooked salmon on a wood plank. Thats my next attempt . Well, that and slipping some anchovie into to the gravy.
